The Connor Sports RezillPanel™ Specialty Hardwood System is a fixed resilient hardwood athletic flooring system engineered for gymnasiums, basketball courts, volleyball courts, school athletic facilities, recreation centers, fieldhouses, training spaces, and multipurpose sports environments that need reliable shock absorption, lasting durability, and proven maple sports flooring performance.

Designed around a simple but effective Rezill padded double-sheathing subfloor assembly, RezillPanel™ delivers high shock absorption levels while helping support the long-term life of the hardwood athletic floor. The system uses Connor Rezill pads beneath a double plywood subfloor construction to create a resilient sports floor foundation that supports athlete comfort, consistent performance, and dependable court play across daily athletic and multipurpose use.

At the playing surface, RezillPanel™ features Connor Laytite Maple, manufactured from MFMA Northern Hard Maple, delivering the classic appearance, durability, ball response, and playability expected from a premium hardwood basketball court floor. Beneath the maple surface, the system includes a minimum 6-mil polyethylene vapor barrier, Connor Rezill pads, two layers of APA-rated plywood sheathing, and a finished maple surface built for gymnasium and athletic facility performance.

RezillPanel™ is available with profile options based on the selected pad construction, including a 2-1/4" profile height with 25/32" maple flooring and 1/2" Rezill Pad, or a 2-1/2" profile height with 25/32" maple flooring and 3/4" Rezill Pad. This gives facility owners, architects, athletic directors, and contractors flexibility when designing a resilient hardwood sports flooring system for new construction or renovation projects.
