Beneath the maple surface, the system includes Connor Rezill R4-14mm resilient pads, double plywood subfloor layers, manufactured anchor pockets, and 16-gauge galvanized steel Rezill Channel anchorage to create a resilient subfloor assembly built for athletic use.

RezillChannel-01™ is designed with a fully integrated double plywood subfloor system. The upper sheathing overlaps the lower sheathing edges, while the steel channel sections are positioned within the subfloor anchor pockets to allow a minimum of 1" lateral movement at channel ends. The double-flange steel channel design captures both side edges of the subfloor anchor pockets, helping deliver stability, strength, and controlled movement throughout the sports floor system.
