The system uses continuous 16-gauge steel channel rows installed perpendicular to the maple flooring direction, allowing flexible concrete anchorage placement and helping the subfloor assembly respond to environmental changes without compromising structural integrity.

At the playing surface, RezillChannel™ features Connor Laytite Maple, manufactured from MFMA Northern Hard Maple, delivering the premium appearance, durability, ball response, and playability expected from a professional-grade hardwood basketball court floor. Beneath the surface, the system includes factory-assembled double plywood panels constructed with two layers of APA-rated plywood sheathing, resilient Rezill R4-14mm pads, and continuous steel channel anchorage to create a strong, stable, and resilient sports floor system.
