The Connor Sports NeoShok™ Specialty Hardwood System is a high-performance resilient hardwood athletic flooring system engineered for gymnasiums, basketball courts, volleyball courts, aerobic spaces, dance floors, school athletic facilities, recreation centers, and multipurpose sports environments that require responsive shock absorption, long-term durability, and premium maple sports flooring performance.

NeoShok™ is designed around advanced NeoShok pad technology, engineered to respond to both light athletic movement and aggressive athletic loads. With two pad durometer options, the system allows facilities to customize performance based on the specific use of the space, whether the goal is competitive court play, multipurpose athletic activity, aerobic training, or dance performance.

At the surface, NeoShok™ features Connor Laytite Maple, manufactured from MFMA Northern Hard Maple, delivering the durability, appearance, ball response, and playability expected from a premium hardwood basketball court floor. Beneath the maple surface, the system includes a minimum 6-mil polyethylene vapor barrier, NeoShok pads, and two layers of 15/32" APA-rated plywood sheathing to create a resilient, stable, and responsive subfloor assembly.

NeoShok™ uses 3/4" EPDM 70D durometer pads as the standard resilient component, with an optional 50D durometer NeoShok pad available for aerobic or dance floor applications. This gives architects, contractors, athletic directors, and facility owners the ability to tailor the hardwood sports flooring system to the performance demands of the facility, from high-impact gymnasium sports to activities that benefit from a softer, more forgiving feel underfoot.
