This 10,000-square-foot facility features nine distinct dance spaces, each purpose-built to support a wide range of dance styles, training levels, and instructional needs.
A Unified Foundation for Performance
At the core of the project is a sprung subfloor system designed to prioritize dancer safety, energy return, and long-term resilience. Across all studios, a Pro Forma sprung dance subfloor was selected to provide consistent shock absorption and biomechanical support, helping reduce fatigue and injury risk while enhancing overall performance quality.
Eight Marley Vinyl Dance Studios
Eight of the nine studios are finished with Canvas 2.0 Midnight (black) Marley Vinyl, creating a sleek, professional aesthetic paired with reliable traction and controlled slip. This surface is ideal for high-volume use and supports everything from technique-focused classes to high-energy choreography.

The Fuchsia Studio serves as the facility’s hardwood dance space, featuring 2-1/4” thick, 25 x 32-inch 2nd & Better grade maple installed over the same sprung foundation. Hardwood remains a preferred surface for styles that demand crisp response, natural acoustics, and a traditional performance feel, making this studio a standout within the complex.
